Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ZAVoiceAI, an Android app and call-screening service operated by BuySave ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
The service
ZAVoiceAI screens incoming calls on a South African mobile number using your network's own conditional call-forwarding feature and an AI receptionist that answers, asks who's calling, and routes the call according to your settings. You are responsible for enabling and disabling call forwarding on your line, and for keeping your trusted numbers and greeting up to date.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid South African mobile number to use ZAVoiceAI. You're responsible for the accuracy of the account and contact information you provide.
Accounts
You sign in with a Google account. You're responsible for keeping that account secure — activity on your ZAVoiceAI account is treated as authorized by you.
Subscriptions and billing
- New accounts get a 7-day free trial with full screening enabled. After the trial, continued use requires a Starter or Pro subscription; Pro also offers a one-time 3-day free trial per account.
- Paid subscriptions are billed and managed through Google Play Billing. Pricing is shown in the app before you subscribe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time through your Google Play subscriptions — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ZAVoiceAI to:
- Screen or forward calls on a number you don't have the right to use.
- Harass, deceive, or impersonate anyone through the AI receptionist or custom greeting.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Use the service for unlawful robocalling, spam, or any purpose that violates South African law, including the Regulation of Interception of Communications and Provision of Communication-Related Information Act (RICA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Availability
Call screening depends on your mobile network's forwarding feature and third-party telephony infrastructure. We aim for high reliability but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for missed calls caused by network outages, forwarding misconfiguration, or third-party service disruption.
Data
Our collection and use of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Termination
You can stop using ZAVoiceAI and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or attempt to compromise its security.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where required, notified in the app.
